W2A Design Group provided A/E services for the renovation of a former 10,000 SF grocery store into a child care center for Lehigh Valley Children’s Centers (LVCC).
The Union Boulevard Center program included an Infant Room, 2 Toddler Classrooms, 3 Pre-School Classrooms, 1 Pre-Kindergarten Classroom and 1 Kindergarten Classroom. Each Classroom had direct access to a child’s toilet room. The center included outdoor Play Areas, a covered porch area and a fenced playground. The staff areas included an office, lounge, kitchen and accessible toilet rooms. Additional storage areas were also provided.
