Phase I (21,350 SF) of the facility provides hands-on experience for students in the Culinary Arts and Hotel / Restaurant Management curricula. Students at the College staff a 45-seat restaurant in the building, which serves lunch and dinner to the general public. A large commercial kitchen is utilized for both instructional and actual food service purposes.Phase I also includes a multi-purpose room with a capacity of 140 that can be used both as a seminar / conference area or as a banquet room. The space is divisible into four smaller areas. Additionally, the Center contains classrooms, locker rooms, a pre-function area, and a separate office wing for community education staff.
